Moderna Museet at Skeppsholmen
The museum remake by Spanish architect Rafael Moneo 1995-98 is a lovely sight. Within walking distance from Kungsträdgården.

Gunnar Asplund, again. The father of functionalism with colleague Sigurd Lewerentz created this cemetary landscape (1919-1940), inscribed on the World Heritage list in 1994. The chapel close to the entrance shows decorations by great Swedish artists from the early 20th century, among them Sven X:et Erixson and Bror Hjort. T-Skogskyrkogården.
