The Sunday brunch at Nordic Light Hotel brings you tasty delicacies from the American continent, accompanied by DJ Simon's groovy music. There’s something for everyone -whether you fancy a crisp salad or succulent spare ribs.  Our brunch buffet includes smoothies, mini hamburgers, salads, pancakes, lemon cheesecake and much more. Naturally, we also serve classic brunch drinks such as Bloody Mary and Mimosa. Or, if you’d rather have a glass of wine, you’re bound to find something suitable in our range of quality American wines. Tea, coffee and juice are off course included.
