Light Factory

Experience Light Factory, a flexible event and meeting location. Cutting edge design combined with extreme flexibility makes the Light Factory ideal for everything from meetings to parties, and from car launches to fashion shows.

FUNCTIONS
The Light Factory is made up of two main rooms which can be split up to suit smaller groups and also opened up into a large area. The total capacity for the place is 200 people*, but if you choose to open up to the Nordic Light Hotel’s restaurant and lobby then you can have events for 700 people.
 
Light Factory is an ideal location for exhibitions, mini trade fairs, product launches and more, with its large windows looking out onto Vasaplan. The furniture is flexible and can easily be taken away or modified to suit every customer’s wishes.

DESIGN
In order to meet our demand that it would be a location that is transformable and can be used in widely different situations, we chose to make it like a “factory”. The floor is unfinished concrete whereas the light setting and the furnishings absolutely signify the present. The combination results in a forward looking design.

SITUATION
The Light Factory is right beside the Nordic Light Hotel’s lobby and restaurant, which makes the location a convenient meeting point and an ideal area for an exhibition. The place is unbeatable in terms of communications, with Central station and the fast train, Arlanda Express, just round the corner.
