Our menu is influenced by the Californian cuisine which is quite distinct from that found elsewhere in the USA. Japanese, Korean and Mexican flavours are fused with traditional American dishes and the Californian approach to eating well and feeling good, making for a truly unique dining experience.
Book a wine sampling session for up to 40 persons in our wine cellar. You can also order a simple mini tasting session at Light Bar & Lounge. Each week, different themed “wine tours” are offered, featuring four selected wines. These wines will be accompanied by a gastronomic experience, with head chef Tobias Andersson selecting anything from chocolate and cheeses to Swedish tapas and oysters.
