Wine tasting

At our wine samplings, up to 40 people can attend at the same time. Naturally, smaller groups can also be arranged. One of the many alternatives you can choose is a supervised wine-tasting, that lasts for about one hour. Our sommelier will share his extensive knowledge on everything from the character of different grapes to the details of wine production, or indeed any other other chosen subject.

The grape behind the wine is a recurring subject. People also often wonder why the wine has a complexity and subtlety of taste that is so far from that of the original grape from which it’s produced. Wine trends is another subject; while yet another is the interesting discovery of how different wines react when they meet the basic flavors on our palate: the interaction of bitter, salt and sweet.
