Stockholmers and guests will soon get the chance to indulge in smoothies, mini hamburgers and American pancakes with maple syrup every Sunday. On April 6, the Nordic Light Hotel serves up its first American brunch. Come and spend a lazy Sunday over a copy of USA Today and a delicious U.S.-style buffet.

The Nordic Light Hotel already has one of Europe’s most extensive collections of American wines, so the American theme felt like a natural move. The Americans have turned brunch into an art form and we’ve picked the best aspects and added a touch of style.

The brunch buffet will also feature muffins, BBQ-glazed baby back ribs, salads, cheeses, fresh fruit, lemon cheesecake, and more besides. Coffee, tea and fruit juice are included, but if you care for something else we’ll of course have the classic brunch drinks like Bloody Mary and Mimosa.

The Nordic Light Hotel Brunch will be served every Sunday between 12 and 4pm, and will cost SEK 245.
