This summer Nordic Light Hotel, Stockholm's design hotel, presents a picnic package, together with Design House Stockholm. Guests will be offered Marie Louise Gustafsson’s superb green picnic basket “Carrie”, packed with goodies, as well as Marianne Abelsson’s “Pleece” blanket, both from Design House Stockholm. They will also get a map, with recommendations from Nordic Light on Stockholm’s top picnic spots. Everything you need for a designer experience in leafy surroundings.

Chocolate truffles, BLT sandwiches, organic fruit juice from Saltå Kvarn and root vegetable crisps from Bjäre Hembygd are just some of the goodies on offer in the basket. There will also be a bottle of red wine from our American wine cellar in your room. The package will cost from SEK 1,010 per person for one night and from SEK 1,640 per person for two nights in a double room.

The package can be booked online at www.nordiclighthotel.se and applies to weekends from 1 May up to and including 31 August, as well as every day from 2 July to 10 August 2008. The offer is subject to availability.
