Stockholm is the ideal city for anyone who enjoys getting exercise in beautiful surroundings. Or, if you would rather work out indoors or have an energising massage, there are plenty of options.

Mini gym and sauna

At Light Gym you can find a treadmill, exercise bikes and weights. There are also steam showers and separate saunas for male and female guests. The mini gym and sauna is open every day between 06.00 and 22.00. Contact reception for access to the mini gym. 

Massage treatments

Everyday between 1pm and 10pm we offer various types of massage and chiropractic treatments. Try our Footprints reflexology massage or Face the World face massage. Please give at least two hours advance notice.

Bookings are made through our front desk. Prefer a treatment in your room? No problem, just inform when you book, an additional fee of SEK 100 will apply for in room treatments. Cancellations closer than two hours before or no-show will be charged with full price.

Jogging / walking

Stockholm is a beatuiful city to discover by foot. Why not go for a run by the water at the island Kungsholmen, we will reccomend a trip for 5 km or 10 km. A trip around Gamla Stan - the Old Town - is perfect for a shorter trip. To discover the nature in Stockholm we will suggest you to take a trip to Djurgården to go for a walk or go running. The easiest way to go there is by bus 47 or 69, the closest bus stop is in the corner of Vasagatan/ Klara Norra Kyrkogatan.
