Is it time for a board meeting or do you need to gather your colleagues away from the office for a brainstorming, planning meeting, monthly meeting or to finally get to grips with some tasks that have been put to one side for too long? If so, we can give you and your team all the service you need over a period of a few hours or for a whole day.
We have rooms designed for getting things done. They accommodate from 2 to 12 persons and the content of the arrangement is specially adapted to suit your type of meeting.
Begin with an early breakfast. We lay a breakfast table in or adjoining the room from as early as 06:00. You can have an effective meeting for a few hours and still get back to the office before everyone else has turned up for work.
Start with coffee on arrival and then start the creative process to find new ideas or solutions to difficult tasks, lasting through the remainder of the morning. Round off the session with lunch served in the meeting room or in the Nordic Light Hotel Bar & Lounge.
Meet for a working lunch served in one of our meeting rooms and discuss some important issues with your most important customers or colleagues.
Begin with lunch served in the Nordic Light Hotel Bar & Lounge or in the meeting room before the meeting glides smoothly from socializing to a more serious mood. We serve coffee or something even more energizing whenever you decide you need a break to stretch the legs or re-charge the batteries.
Round off the working day with a meeting so as to finally get together all those people who are too busy during the day. Serve a cold beer and a sandwich of delicious cold cuts and freshly-baked bread from our own bakery. Discuss your strategies, plans or all those tricky issues. Sleep on it and arrive at the right decisions the following day.
Begin early with breakfast or at the start of normal office hours to enable the participants to travel to the venue that morning. Nordic Light Hotel is located at the hub of Sweden’s and Stockholm’s transport networks so all paths lead to our door. If you wish to keep your concentration and work on with minimum interruption, we serve all meals in the meeting room. If you would like a natural break, then you are welcome to take lunch in the Nordic Light Hotel Bar & Lounge and take your coffee in the Meeting Lounge on the 10th floor with a fantastic panoramic view of Stockholm.
