Wellness day package

Show your delegates a bit of extra consideration and make sure that health is the order of the day at your meeting. Our Wellness day package includes healthy, energy-boosting food and stimulating physical exercises. The package can be booked in connection with your meeting at Nordic Light Hotel.

We provide a freshly prepared healthy sandwich with your morning coffee. In the meeting room you’ll find nutritious shots containing half the daily recommended amount of vegetables/fruit, as well as energy-boosting nuts and dried fruit. In the afternoon you can enjoy fresh exotic fruit and smoothies. Feel free to do some revitalising exercises together; there’s a file with details of physical exercises on each seat.
