Do you feel tired and out-of-sorts? We can help – experience light therapy in your room and feel the wonderful effect for yourself. Order our new portable Lightbox to your room, it will give you a light exposure of 10.000 lux for 30 minutes. During the dark months of the year, you risk getting an ‘overdose’ of melatonin – when the eyes cease registering the daylight, the hormone melatonin is secreted in the body, making us sleepy, bad tempered and lacking in libido. Light therapy is also very effective against jetlag.
